An intro to ukulele through songs, games & music skills
Little Strummers is a fun, beginner-friendly music class that introduces young children to the ukulele through songs, games, and movement, while building real foundational music skills. Children learn how to hold and strum the ukulele, identify its parts, and begin exploring simple chords and rhythms at a relaxed, developmentally appropriate pace. Along with ukulele play, kids experiment with percussion instruments, musical games, and movement to stay engaged and energized.
Class Information
Little Groove: 15 months - 4 years
Baby Wiggle: 3 - 15 months
Little Strummers Ukulele: 2.5 - 5 years
Younger siblings can join older siblings in Little Groove classes.
The Little Groove Music Kit is $65 +tax
Every child in a Little Groove or Baby Wiggle class must purchase a music kit that will be yours to take home after the end of the classes. Kits include various instruments that your child will need to participate in class, i.e. maracas, tambourines, drum, scarves, and puppets. You will receive your kit on the first class of the session.
